This four bedroom house is located in Rosendal, Cape Town, within a secure, enclosed complex.
The unit can accommodate a minimum of 7 persons and consists of:
- Three Double rooms (2 people each)
- One Single room (1 Person)
- There is however additional capacity to add extra beds for families.
The house can be rented as:
- one unit sleeping a minimum of 7 people sharing
- or per Double room (two people sharing) and Single room (one person)
In all cases above extra beds can be added!
